Our Providers

Dr. Bonnie Buckles is originally from beautiful East Tennessee, where she attended college at the University of Tennessee and attained her medical degree at Quillen College of Medicine, graduating in 2015. On her graduation, she promoted to a captain in the United States Air Force and completed her pediatric residency training at the Integrated Pediatric Residency at Wright Patterson Air Force Base & Dayton Childrens’ Hospital in Dayton, Ohio. 

After residency graduation, Dr. Bonnie was stationed at RAF Lakenheath in the United Kingdom from 2018 to 2021 where she practiced in dynamic outpatient, inpatient, nursery and emergency room settings and liaised with host nation medical teams for seamless newborn and pediatric care. This is also where Dr. Bonnie discovered her love of travel! From there she practiced in similar settings at Keesler Air Force Base in Biloxi, Mississippi and Nellis Air Force Base here in beautiful Las Vegas, taking on increasing leadership roles. She separated from active duty in November 2025 and joined the wonderful team here at Las Vegas Pediatrics, and is excited and honored to care for our diverse pediatric population! She is particularly interested in providing warm and inclusive preventative and acute care. 

Outside of the office Dr. Bonnie can be found hanging with her rescue dog Charlie, enjoying Vegas’s culinary & entertainment scene and taking advantage of the outdoor opportunities nearby, reading (and adding to her giant stacks of books) and dabbling in running, hot yoga, cycling and other group fitness classes.
